I am enjoying the possibility of tomatoes so much, I went out and bought two chile plants (supposed to be NM green chile - Big Jim variety) as well as a beautiful basil plant. I like a little flavor in my coffee. I also prefer dark coffee. Some months ago, I began to mix my coffees. I would get a pound of the darkest roast I could find, usually a good dark French. Then I would also get a pound of a not so dark flavored coffee, usually whatever sounded good at the moment. I picked up two pounds yesterday. One was Espresso ( Read more... )
